Is it just me or do runner ups of ANTM get more pub than the actual winners?
Ok, I know we've all seen the Oil of Olay ad, right here on Sugar. Ya Ya DaCosta (ANTM Cycle 3) is everywhere...Garnier Fructis, Lincoln Townhomes, Target ads, Essence magazine spreads, appearances on CW's "Eve" and in the movie, "Take The Lead.", etc, etc, etc. I think she is beautiful and intelligent.
How did she go from this to that?
No doubt, "The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill" will be one of my favorite CD's of all times. There are so many rumors about how Lauryn went "coo-coo" for Cocoa Puffs because one of the many Marley's, for whom she has children was creepin' and Lauryn ain't been right since. The six young high school aged boys were initially charged with attempted murder, although only one teen, Mychael Bell has actually been prosecuted.
